Move a Page

There are two ways to move pages as of MindTouch 10:

1. Use the More option > Move Page, then browse to the section where you wish to move the page.
2. Hover your mouse over the page title and press edit.

If you use the second option:

1. Check the Sync button at the right of the Page Title box:
   • if it is blue, then the Page Title and URL are synced so if you edit the Page Title it will move the page.
   • if it is red, then the Page Title are NOT synced, so to move the page, you must edit the URL.
2. When you are done, press the Update Title button.

Obviously the More menu option is easier if you just want to move the page. However, if you wish to determine the sort order of Pages within a section, you must edit the URL e.g.

1_What's_New 

to make the What's New page appear first in the Wiki Help section.
