Hi, I'm Dennis and I really like MediaPortal. It took a while though to get it to work. I hope that I will be able to help to enhance the product even more...
Main problem area's where/are:
- Understanding all the codec-stuff (H.264, ffdshow, coreavc, ac3filter etc)
- Getting the DVB-C card to work (TT-1500-C): problem: wrong drivers loaded (this took me almost a week of troubleshooting)
- Getting AC3/DTS to work via SPDIF on my Creative X-Fi Audio PCI-e soundcard. It still doesn't work. If you have any ideas, please let me know...
