There may be a need to convert some files, e.g. a lossless format to mp3 for iPod usage. Just select the files to be converted and choose "Add Item(s) to Converter" from the context menu or use th Ribbon Button.
Then invoke the Convert Grid, by selecting it from the Ribbon Tab. Select the desired Encoder, the settings for the Encoder are used from Preferences, and an output folder.
Then start conversion of the files.
