The plugin allows you to close a running game using the Stop key on your remote or keyboard. It is planned to make this key configurable in future.

This feature is currently achieved by using a global keyboard hook which allows the plugin to capture key presses when MediaPortal doesn't have focus. If your remote doesn't send keyboard keys when a button is pressed this feature may not work with your remote.

ePSXe

ePSXe (and possibly some other emulators) don't exit cleanly unless the Escape key is pressed. You can make the plugin simulate the Escape key being pressed (rather than closing the emulator's main window) when the Stop key is pressed. To enable this feature check Send the Esc key when closing this emulator under the advanced settings dialog. The dialog can be reached by pressing the _Advanced Settings _button in the emulator's arguments screen.
