Overview

Select or change how MediaPortal should start, such as full screen, with a splash screen or not, minimized, etc.

Resume Settings

These are the same settings you can configure using Configuration > Startup and Resume Settings

Turn off monitor when blanking screen (Default: off) Turns off the monitor when MediaPortal is idle for more than 1 minute. Is only effective when a supported monitor/TV can handle the signals via the cable connection. This is an ideal setting if you are energy wise.
Show last active module on wake-up (Default: off)
MediaPortal will automatically show the last module, or screen, that was in use prior to the computer going into standby mode.
Stop playback on removal of an audio render (Default: on)
Users may experience playback issues if a TV or receiveris connected by HDMI. The audio renderer is lost if the receiver is turned off, or the computer is put to sleep while playing music. You should enable this option if you want MediaPortal to stop playback when the audio renderer is disconnected.
Start screen
Select the screen you want MediaPortal to start on from the dropdown box.
Delay Startup (Default: 0) - select a value to delay startup of MediaPortal then select if you wish the setting to apply to:
- MediaPortal startup
- MediaPortal resume
